Hello and welcome to NearCircle! This NearCircle User Agreement (“Terms”) applies to your access to and use of the websites, mobile apps, widgets, APIs, emails, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Pillarsis LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the NearCircle Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly allow such individuals to use the platform. Zero Tolerance Policy: NearCircle maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You may not create, post, upload, share, or transmit any content, or engage in any activity, that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or stalking
- Hate speech or content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
- Threats of violence or encouragement of self-harm
- Sexually explicit, exploitative, or non-consensual content
- Graphic violence or disturbing content
- Spam, scams, fraud, or misleading activity
- Impersonation or misrepresentation
- Sharing personal or sensitive information without consent (doxxing)
Content Moderation and Reporting
NearCircle provides mechanisms for users to report content and other users that violate these Terms. Reported content is subject to review, and NearCircle reserves the right to remove any content or restrict access at its sole discretion.
Enforcement
NearCircle may take action against any user who violates this policy, including but not limited to content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, with or without notice.
NearCircle also reserves the right to report unlawful conduct to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate removal from the platform.
5. Privacy
NearCircle values privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service is owned and operated by Pillarsis LLC. Pillarsis LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or conditions, expressed or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pillarsis LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Modifications and Termination
Pillarsis LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts and remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to the community, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
